DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM
PREMIER AUTOZ LTD
IN MIRFIELD, YORKSHIRE
THIS IS MY RECENT EXPERIENCE FROM BUYING A CAR FROM THEM!
THEY ALSO TRADE ON AUTO TRADER!
THE CAR THEY SOLD US WAS A DEATH TRAP!
THEY DID NOT DISCLOSE THE TRUTH ABOUT THE VEHICLE I BOUGHT!
IN MY OPINION THEIR 'REPAIRS' WERE BOTCH JOBS TO MAXIMISE PROFITS.
(PHOTOS AT THE BOTTOM)
Do not confuse this company with Premier Autos (with an'S')
**UPDATE BELOW - 15 JULY 2015**
They have been through many different names, still trading on Auto Trader and I am still getting messages from people who have been scammed by them! Please avoid them at all costs!
The company director has changed and a company called Dream Autos is now trading there. IN MY OPINION the new director is related to the previous one or could be a friend or relative. I am still receiving the same complaints and the same stories about poor quality of vehicles from Dream Autos as I was for Premier Autoz and Elite Cars. So it is in MY OPINION that this is simple use of the legal loophole to keep trading.
This is all my opinion based on my own experience and research, together with customers complaints and stories.
**UPDATE BELOW - 17 OCTOBER 2014**
Thankyou to everyone who has contacted us regarding this issue. For the record, High Court Enforcement visited their premises under my instruction and recovered all our money owed!
Premier Autoz are infact still trading. From what I can gather from High Court Letters, they attempted to convince the Sheriffs that the company didn't exist and it was Elite Cars. This was proven to be untrue and all monies were recovered. In my opinion, this means they are still trading using a front name, so if you are owed any money from this company then I suggest getting the Sheriffs in soon to get back what you are owed.
Here's a message I received from the owner shortly after our money was successfully recovered!...
'Hi .angelina Jolie ..when the car get damage .it will never b same .once car damage warranty avoid .if the was me I wouldn't buy damage car .because ,no safety to drive .an no safe for kids too .but u went bought hi rag car for cheap price .But one thing ..but .real Anjelina Jolie .she put her kids in damage Rapear car'
Don't you just love these people!

Here's another email received via this site. This time from an email which is brand new and untraceable. Similarities to company spiel, poor grammar and typing style. All my opinion though obviously. It did make me chuckle, this one. No response needed.
Hi, I purchased a 08 plate range rover in black, which was unfortunately on a cat c, as advertised, and told to my self, so i knew before i purchased , as you did, going in what you say, so please tell me this, if you were told, why would you think that you are buying a brand new car? were you given opportunity to carry out inspection? do you often purchase things without checking? did they charge you full price? I THINK I CAN SAFELY SAY "NO" TO ALL OF THE ABOVE, MY POINT IS THAT I KNEW WHAT I WAS BUYING, AND SO DID YOU. AND BESIDES YOU POSTING SOMETHING LIKE THIS , MAKES YOU AS BAD OR EVEN WORSE AS YOU SAY THIS COMPANY IS. I THINK YOU NEED TO GET SOMETHING IN YOUR LIFE THAT FULLFILLS IT, THEN YOU WOULDNT HAVE AS MUCH TIME TO POST GARBAGE. I MEAN YOU BOUGHT A PREVIOUSLY DAMAGED CAR, AND THEN YOU PUT PICS UP OF A USED, DAMAGED CAR??????????????????????? DID YOU BUY IT AS BRAND NEW????????????????????????????? I DIDNT, I DIDNT PAY FULL MONEY, DID YOU?
**UPDATE BELOW - 12 APRIL 2014**
An update regarding my opinions below. Premier Autoz no longer exists on the site and it has been completely re branded as Elite Cars of Mirfield . The new web domain is www.elitecarsmirfield.co.uk but premierautozltd.co.uk still works at this point. The companies trading address remains the same, obviously. My opinion is that these people are professional crooks who are exploiting members of the public, the justice system and LTD company legal loopholes. This is all my opinion.
**UPDATE BELOW - 10 APRIL 2014**
This company has used every trick in the book to stall the court proceedings in an effort to liquidate again. This is obviously ,my opinion, based on non payment of a successful win in court after they failed to show up and defend themselves) and several attempts to delay recovery options and in my opinion liquidate again and continue to trade under a new name.
Their website has now been renamed ' ELITE CARS ' but still at this point contains references to Premier Autoz Ltd.
MY OPINION is that Elite Cars will become their new name, be operated by the same company director, at the same address with the same personel.
I could be wrong but you can make up your own mind by continuing to read on. You will get an idea from some emails they sent us, of the kind of people you would be dealing with if you purchased a car from Premier Autoz.
Our outstanding CCJ is against Premier Autoz Ltd
Phoenix Autoz Ltd also has an oustanding CCJ
Many thanks again for those who have come forward with your stories about vehicles you've purchased from Premier Autoz or Phoenix Autoz. It is clear that many of you have been sold dangerous vehicles and been left high and dry. This will be very useful information. Please come forward using the form at the bottom if you are having or have had any problems with any of the above companies.
**UPDATE BELOW - 9 APRIL 2014**
On March 18th 2014 this company sent us this email through this website about this website...
'THIS NEEDS TO BE REMOVED NOW. IT IS SLANDEROUS AND ILLEGAL WHAT YOU ARE DOING MR CHRIS ***** OF KENT'
On March 27th we received this one...
'Would jus like to say I recently baught a 59 plate Astra from this company. The car was very reasonably priced and was in brilliant condition... I was told it was a cat D hence the price. However it drives brilliantly. And has given me no trouble ever since. Even if u buy a brand new car from the dealers it will never be 100% perfect....so why do u expect a cat d car to be like a brand new car from the showroom? You need to be more realistic. I have spoken to premier autoz about wat u hav wrote and there reply was that they tried their best to satisfy you in every way...they gave you a Curtosy car...they repaired the car...paid u for the fuel. You were told that the car was a cat d on purchase if you were that concerned about the safety issues on the car then you were free to inspect the car properly before purchase. It sounds to me that u were expecting the standards of a brand new 0 meter showroom vehicle from a used cat D car from a seconed hand car dealer, for a fraction of the price. It dosent work like that.'
The above message was apparently sent from Anna Garcier but on googling the email used to send this message, we quickly discovered it was indeed the company director of Premier Autoz Ltd called SHAMRANA AMAN JAHANGIR.
My partner sent this response....
Hello Ms Shamrana Jahangir, or can I call you Shami?Thank you for your email - I am glad you have had a pleasant experience purchasing a top notch car from your own company.Just to clarify a few things. When buying ANY vehicle, whether second hand or brand new, the vehicle - by law - must conform to certain safety standards. These include an air bag not cut and gaffer taped back together. Or a tension bar from an older model that doesn't properly fit - and is held on with cable ties. Or leaving air conditioning pipes unplugged meaning the engine could go up at any time. Or....well, you have obviously read the website.Let me ask you - if you truly believe the business you are doing is above board and legal, why have we heard from so many disgruntled customers of yours? Or why do you need to liquidate your company on a regular basis?I really enjoy making new friends through this website. Especially meeting like minded people who have - weirdly enough - been through very similar experiences. I will let them know that I have now met someone who has - FINALLY - bought a car that is deemed safe and road worthy. Though I might have to add that said buyer owns said company, so said comment might be slightly over-exaggerated and slightly fictitious.Seriously now, I have a few questions to put to you. How can you sleep at night, knowing your company is selling DANGEROUS cars to people with young children? And when will you stop doing this - When someone is finally in an appalling accident at the hands of your shoddy repair work? (I quote 'shoddy repair work' from 3 separate experts in the field who have helped rebuild our car to a suitable standard). We spent £4,000 making this car SAFE to drive, these are facts - backed up by evidence and a court case win. Not that we are the first to do this. Please feel free to get in touch under a fake name again and let me know where else we are going wrong - as from where we are sitting, it appears to be a desperate email from a deluded company director. If you truly believe the work you are doing is safe - which it clearly isn't - then I worry for your future customers, who we will continue to warn. Thank you for getting in touch. I hope to hear from you again soon :)
Best wishes,Angelina Jolie
This was the response back....
Oh u sad sad pathetic cow. I mean do u honestly hav nothing betta to do then spend ur time writing a essay to me. It's not my Fukin company....and it never has been. Get ur facts right. Ur obviously living a very lonely life where emails like this giv u a bit of a highlight in ur day. Carry on if it makes ur life more exciting. I cudnt even b bothered to read ur damn essay. Nxt time find sum1 to email to who wud b interestd in reading ur bullshit. Gudbye angelina jolie.
U Fukin wish.
Rather abusive I thought but they also seem rather annoyed at themselves for making such a rookie mistake with the email. They clearly do not operate the company and as I suspected are simply down as the director. My guess is that the real guy who is operating the business ran out of options after too many liquidations. That's just my opinion though... did I mention that already?

THE STORY!
We purchased a Vauxhall Insignia through this company via Auto Trader. The car looked fantastic from the outside. They told us the car was a CAT D write off with only cosmetic damage. They stated that the engine had not been damaged in the accident at all and the air bags did NOT deploy in the accident. They stated that it had been completely repaired.
Firstly we had a turbo issue as soon as it hit the motorway so after returning to them we spent a further 10 days waiting for them to fix it. Eventually after asking for our money back (£9600 bank transfer payment to them) they refused and delivered the 'repaired car' back to use at 1am!!!! YES 1am! pitch black!
I quickly took the opportunity to get the car into vauxhall for its first annual service and this is where it became apparent that this company is deliberately misleading customers into buying dangerous vehicles. Check out the images below. The car looks pristine on the outside but they have cleverly masked over the damage and poor workmanship underneath. You may not even know you are driving a death trap until the worst happens!
Fortunately for us, our local Vauxhall dealership found some horrendous problems with the car and brought it all to my attention. We were ble to have it all fixed professionally which means I do now feel safe driving this car but at huge cost to us!
They had left the radio arial unplugged so it didn't work.
The air con pipe to the condenser was left hanging off and wasn't connected.
Front right indicator lamp was intermittently faulty because they fitted a cheap third party lamp that didn't fit properly.
All the aircon pipes were crushed around the engine and the turbo and condensor had been replaced with a used component. So it was clear that the engine HAD INDEED sustained heavy impact damage.
The bonnet release had been snipped and dragged over the engine compartment.
The welding was shoddy.
After they took the front off, the body shop found that they had not replaced the front plate and had infact bent the rest of the cars metal to fit the broken and bent parts. They squeezed a non matching component into the chassis and didn't even weld it but simply tacked it into place. The whole front of the car was being held in place by tie wraps!
The worst of all of it and the most dangerous and illegal part we found later on was when the air bag light began to come on. It's been back to Vauxhall and they found that the air bag cables had been cut and then taped together. It was clear that the air bag must have DEPLOYED and the components replaced dangerously. The mechanics told me that the airbag could have exploded at any time whilst driving the car or worse, not deployed during an accident. If the air bag had not deployed then why did they need to fudge the wiring!!!
The chassis was not repaired properly and also compromised the safety of the car as it would not perform in an accident situation as it was designed to.
Take a look at the photos below! This company has a previous company name and we are concerned that they may change their name again in the future. DONT BUY FROM THEM! I clearly told them that the car was to be used for driving my young son and family around and they still sold me this death trap!
We are proceeding with court action to try to recover our costs which to date are just short of £4000.

This is the squib from the steering wheel which provides power to the air bag. As you can see they chopped the wires and taped them up!!!!
Chassis leg 2.jpeg
This component wasn't even designed to fit into this car! They bent it all and squeezed it in then tacked it and didn't weld it!!!

Keep an eye out for tie wraps!
